World Atlantic Airlines

Collaborated in the Technical Publications department and Form development to meet the needs of the new entrant carrier’s 121 requirements. Created flow charting models to aid in the development of procedural content for System processes. Coordinated with all departments to ensure SAI compliance prior to FAA submission.

ICF SH&E

These ranged from project management, manual development, departmental audits and leadership disciplines to enhance client system and manual processes. Assisted in the introduction, installation, development and training for a Safety Quality Management System (SQMS).

Maryland State Police Aviation Command

Developed manuals for both Operations and Maintenance Departments meeting Part 135 requirements. Introduced a Safety Quality Management System (SQMS) culture, software platform and training curriculum. Controlled the Project Management aspect of the assignment, coordinating all deliverables with the ICF SH&E for later communication with MSPAC executive staff. – In progress

MASSPORT – Boston Logan Airport

Manuals were adapted for online use. Developed a system for regulators to provide electronically approval, thus reducing distribution time to all departments. – In progress
